1. Countries supported for delivery
  We ship to almost every country in the world except the following ones, due to shipping restrictions. We're sorry and will keep working on this.

2. Shipping cost
  You can enjoy free shipping on orders over US$50. Otherwise, Standard Shipping costs US$5.

    1. “Free shipping for orders over $50 USD” is only available for use on regular-priced items, not free items.
    2. The shipping cost-$7.99 USD of the Free Product is not deductible. $7.99 USD including shipping, tax and $4.99 donation to impoverished children

  Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary depending on the product weight and your shipping location. We strive to ensure shipping charges are affordable. However, we are at the mercy of our shipping carriers. Therefore, even if it is a free product, the shipping fee will still be charged.

  Processing Time
    Generally it takes 2-5 business days for processing after receiving your order. Please allow extra time for tracking information to be updated, as local couriers may experience slight delays. 
  Shipping Details
    Total delivery time = Processing Time + Shipping Time
    Processing Time: 2-5 business days
    Express Shipping Time (DHL): 6-8 Business Days.
    Standard Shipping Time: 2-20 business day

4. Change of Delivery Address
  NO FEE for changing shipping address BEFORE we provide you the tracking number.

5. Order Tracking
  If you have already registered on chakraandaura.com, you can track your order, shipping and handling information on your account.

6. Order Cancellation
  If you wish to cancel your order before it has shipped, please contact us immediately, we will not charge additional handling fees and provide a full refund. Once the product has been shipped, the standard return policy will apply.

7. About Tax
  Once your order is successfully placed, you will not be charged any fees. In some cases, your destination country may impose VAT or other taxes, duties or charges. However, in our experience, this is very rare. If you still have questions about taxes and fees, you can learn about local customs policies. If you have any questions, we are happy to help you.

Note:
  Handling Days: The Handling Day tells you when a package leaves our warehouse.
  Transit Days: The Transit Day is the time it takes the carrier to deliver a product to a customer. Actual delivery dates may vary due to various factors such as shipping delays, weather conditions, etc.
